Knight Slayer Tsorig hands it over whether you or he wins, when he invades in Carthus or meets you in the Demon Ruins.

Walkthrough steps
- Catacombs of Carthus: In the tunnel back to the pillar room, Knight Slayer Tsorig invades if you are embered. Win or lose you get the My Thanks! gesture; killing him gives the Knight Slayer's Ring.
- Smouldering Lake: Turn left at the foot of the stairs to meet Knight Slayer Tsorig. You get the My Thanks! gesture either way; he drops the Fume Ultra Greatsword and Black Iron Greatshield.
