Handmaid's Dagger: Random drop from the dagger-carrying Jailer Handmaids that throw fire orbs.
Storm Ruler: Lies in Yhorm the Giant's arena; Siegward also hands one over at the end of his questline.
Eleonora: Dropped by one of the three Hand Ogres in the building past the plank maze below the Irithyll Dungeon exit.
Onislayer Greatbow: Drop from the middle of the outer bridge onto the roof structure on the left and pick it up behind you.
Court Sorcerer's Staff: Dropped by the mimic in the room with a lone Hand Ogre, up the building past the plank maze.
Greatshield of Glory: Dropped by the left-most mimic chest in the room with eight casters and a gargoyle beside the boss door.
Court Sorcerer Hood: On a corpse in the room with a lone Hand Ogre, up the building past the plank maze.
Court Sorcerer Robe: On a corpse in the room with a lone Hand Ogre, up the building past the plank maze.
Court Sorcerer Gloves: On a corpse in the room with a lone Hand Ogre, up the building past the plank maze.
Court Sorcerer Trousers: On a corpse in the room with a lone Hand Ogre, up the building past the plank maze.
Cursebite Ring: In a large cave to the right in the toxic swamp below the plank maze.
Flame Stoneplate Ring+1: NG+: on a ledge you drop to on the left while climbing the building past the plank maze.
Covetous Silver Serpent Ring+1: NG+: step off midway on the elevator from the toxic swamp back up to Irithyll Dungeon.
Magic Stoneplate Ring+2: NG++: tucked in a corner left at the bottom of the stairs after exiting through the hole in the wall.
Profaned Flame: On a corpse at the feet of the sleeping giant, on the path from Irithyll Dungeon toward the Profaned Capital.
Wrath of the Gods: Profaned Capital: drop down from the ledge near the court sorcerer's rooftop to a hidden spot.
Stretch Out: Loot Laddersmith Gilligan's corpse next to the Profaned Capital bonfire.
Jailer's Key Ring: Profaned Capital: in the toxic pit area below the capital, reached through the plank maze.
Cinders of a Lord (Yhorm): Dropped by Yhorm the Giant.
Logan's Scroll: Profaned Capital: dropped by the court sorcerer on the roof of the building in the toxic pit.
Soul of Yhorm the Giant: Dropped by Yhorm the Giant.
Undead Bone Shard: Profaned Capital: on Laddersmith Gilligan's corpse next to the Profaned Capital bonfire.
Titanite Slab: Free Siegward from his cell with the Old Cell Key and talk to him; lost if his quest breaks.

Walkthrough: Profaned Capital

At the first bonfire, inspect Laddersmith Gilligan's corpse for the Stretch Out gesture and an Undead Bone Shard.
Climb down, go out through the wall hole and take the left ladder for Rusted Coin x2.
NG++ only: the Magic Stoneplate Ring+2 is at the end of the broken stairs going down.
Use the plank ramp by the ambushing Gargoyle; two Crystal Lizards drop a Twinkling Titanite each and a Rusted Gold Coin is in the back left.
Out on the planks to the right is Blooming Purple Moss Clump x3.
In the toxic swamp: the Cursebite Ring and a Poison Gem in the cave, a Purging Stone in the open and a Shriving Stone behind the building.
The ground floor of the building has Hand Ogres; one drops the Eleonora. Purging Stone x3 lies here too.
Climb up to the roof and kill the court sorcerer for Logan's Scroll.
NG+ only: the Flame Stoneplate Ring+1 is on top of the ground-floor entrance below.
Poison Arrow x18 sits on the right of the roof.
Drop from the roof into the building for Wrath of the Gods.
This room has the Court Sorcerer Set and a Mimic with the Court Sorcerer's Staff.
Downstairs is some Rubbish.
From the roof, sprint-jump into the open window by the stairs to reach Siegward's cell. Free him with the Old Cell Key for a Titanite Slab; the Covetous Gold Serpent Ring is in the same room.
Climb the stairs; hit the alcove at the top to expose two invisible Jailers. The Jailer's Key Ring is at the end of the hall.
The hole in the wall leads into the giant's cell; kill him if he still lives.
In that room take the Profaned Flame and two Large Titanite Shard pickups.
Leave by the left tunnel, ride the lift and open the shortcut to the Irithyll Dungeon bonfire.
NG+ only: the Covetous Silver Serpent Ring+1 is on a ledge in the lift shaft.
Back in the giant's cell, exit the other way to a Mimic with Dragonslayer Lightning Arrow x10.
Climb the ladder and hop along the rafters for Lightning Bolt x9.
With the giant dead, kill the Crystal Lizard for a Titanite Chunk and take the Soul of a Crestfallen Knight.
Free Karla with the Jailer's Key Ring; she moves to Firelink. Give her the Quelana and Grave Warden tomes, and the Londor and Deep tomes too to keep Irina clean.
Warp to the Irithyll Dungeon bonfire: the last right-hand cell of the first section has a Rusted Gold Coin, and the first cell on the left below the opened window has the Prisoner Chief's Ashes.
Return to the Profaned Capital bonfire.
Descend the ladder on the wall. On the bridge are Onislayer Greatarrow x8, and further along a Large Soul of a Weary Warrior.
Drop from the bridge onto the structure below for the Onislayer Greatbow.
Drop again for a Rusted Coin, and another at the end of the platform.
Right of the boss fog are three chests: a Mimic with the Greatshield of Glory, a Mimic with Rusted Gold Coin x2 and a real chest with an Ember.
Enter the arena; with Siegward's quest done he joins the fight. Defeat Yhorm the Giant for the Cinders of a Lord and the Soul of Yhorm the Giant, then talk to Siegward for a Siegbräu.
After your third Lord of Cinder you are sent to Emma at High Wall. She gives the Basin of Vows; touching the beheading statue starts the Dancer fight.
If Siegward helped, return to the arena for the Storm Ruler, the Pierce Shield and the Catarina Set.
